This simply furnished, spacious apartment, located in Estepona offers very comfortable family accommodation for up to eight people. The apartment has four bedrooms in total - all with en-suite bathrooms. There is also an extra cloak-room and a separate reading room. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has high-speed wireless internet access throughout. Entering the apartment, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, to the left. Straight ahead is the enormous lounge diner with dining terrace beyond, with its views over one of the quieter community pools. The terrace has a large dining table and seating for eight people. The lounge offers some British television channels and also some international channels (Russian channels can be an option here). From the hall way, you will find the reading room with a sofa and two chairs plus a small television. The cloakroom (lavatory and hand-basin) is opposite. On this level there is also a large double room with super kingsize bed and en-suite shower room with lavatory. This room also has a lovely balcony. Up a set of 3 stairs are the three final bedrooms: Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom offering walk-in shower, separate bath and twin hand basins. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bath, hand basin and lavatory), and the impressive master bedroom suite, with super kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom offering bath, separate shower cubicle, twin hand basins, lavatory and bidet. The master suite also has a large terrace with two sun loungers and some extra seating. The apartment also offers separate laundry room with washing machine and drying space. All in all this is a perfect apartment for a large family or two families travelling together who wish to stay in a quality property with access to plenty of local facilities.

Location

This large apartment in Urb El Presidente - Estepona, is located between Estepona and Marbella on the Costa del Sol. El Presidente is an established urbanisation offering many facilities one would not normally expect to find. The urbanization is located just off the A7 coast road (which runs from Algeciras to Malaga and beyond), making it very easy to reach from both the airports of Malaga and Gibraltar (45 minutes from either). It is also great for sightseeing - Granada, Seville and Malaga cities are all possible for a day-trip from here.

Within the grounds of the El Presidente apartments you will find five swimming pools (the largest of which has roman steps for easy entry/exit) with plenty of sun beds/loungers. One of the pools is located near the apartment which can be seen from the balconies. There are tennis courts, padel courts, a basketball court, childrens play area and small football pitch, all set in beautiful, well established gardens.

Do note that the swimming pool located outside the apartment is a quieter pool; the family pool is about four minutes walking from the apartment through the grounds.

The El Presidente urbanization in Estepona is perfect for great family holidays on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
