This apartment is the highest and final property on the development giving you privacy and stunning 270 degrees views of Benahavis and the surrounding hills. It has five double bedrooms and five bathrooms with bright and spacious living areas. It is the only property on El Casar to have front and rear terraces with the rear terrace offering real privacy as well as the evening sun for BBQs. It can sleep up to 10 guests in combination of double and twin rooms and travel cots can be made available. Comfortably furnished throughout there is air conditioning/heating. There is underground parking beneath the house. Casa 87 is only two minutes walk from the communal swimming pool. To help you up the hill (when walking) there are two sets of lifts for the final part of your climb. Once at the foot of El Casar, Benahavis is a 6-7 minute walk. Casa 87 is fully managed by our on-site manager who will be there to meet you and show you around. She will also be happy to organise a welcome food pack with any essentials you should need on arrival. She will also be on hand for any information and advice about the area and should there be any problems during your stay. The main living areas are comfortably furnished and feature two sets of French doors which allow you to enjoy the views from inside the property. The room has air conditioning and on colder nights you can light a wood burning fire.
There is Satellite TV and a DVD player plus a selection of books and films to keep you entertained The apartment has both front and rear views from its terraces. There is a large table, chairs and umbrella plus a BBQ for al fresco dining. Utility Room In the Basement you will find the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The fully fitted kitchen includes electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. There is also a full range of utensils and cooking ware.

Location
8enahavis is the most mountainous village on the western Costa del Sol, a position which gives it stunning views of the surrounding hills and the coast. The Village is best known for its restaurants, cafes and bars, which provide an excellent way to relax in the evenings. There are award winning eateries as well as excellent value restaurants and tapas bars, all of which are very child friendly. If a busy hectic nightlife is required Puerto 8anus is only 1 0 minutes away and pro/ides a wide selection of cool clubs and bars. We recommend you visit the village's website www.benatlavis.net for much more information about news and events going on in the village throughout the year, plus information on restaurants, bars and golf.
The village also has 3 banks with cash points as well as some local grocery shops for essential provisions. There is also an internet cafe on the main street. In addition the village also has a public lido (the other side of ttle football pitch near the Gran Hotel), which has a bar and serves tapas. The Gran Hotel itself is a Spa Hotel and you can book reasonably priced massages and treatments (especially during the week - when it is less busy). There is also a children's playground located near the hotel. If you fancy an 'au natrel' experience why not join the locals in the fresh water rock pools at the foot of the 8enahavis mountains on the way into the village. Follow the many walking trails that lead out of Benahavis Village and explore the local countryside. Right next to the entrance of El Casaryou can walk up to the radio mast on top of the hills for views across to Morocco and of Gibraltar. 8enahavis is sunny throughout the year. Summer temperatures peak at 35 degrees and winter peaks around 22 degrees.
