The apartment is located within the Alanda Flamingos boutique complex of only 50 luxury apartments. There is easy parking, and 24 hour security. The complex is located within the Los Flamingos golfing valley. There are plenty of golf courses and also a great five star hotel nearby with a good restaurant. The apartment is a 10 minute drive to the beach and the main road. Estepona is a nice Spanish town where there are lots of bars and restaurants. San Pedro is also very nearby. Puerto Banus is just a twenty minute drive. Here you will find the busy nightlife and designer shops and bars in the famous marina.
