Just 300 metres from the beach, this modern, beautifully presented villa is the perfect location for large families who are looking for a high-quality property which ticks all the boxes for its facilities. The villa is very secure and quiet and is accessed via electric gates. As a bonus, the sandy beaches are just a very pleasant four or five minute walk away. Outside, there are very well maintained gardens which are planted with a good variety of Mediterranean and tropical trees and shrubs - a large lawn area provides plenty of space for children to play in. The generous (heated) swimming pool measures 15 x 8 metres wide with a shallow end and then a maximum depth of 2.7 metres. Next to the pool you’ll find a changing room with shower. The house also boasts a purpose built area for barbeques and outdoor dining, which would seat around 20 people. Inside the house all the rooms are very large and well presented with most of the bedrooms being en suite (except for one double bedroom). The huge master bedroom suite has two luxury en-suite bathrooms - one for him and one for her - both having a spa bath and separate shower. Accessed from the master suite is a large terrace overlooking the gardens. As a bonus, there is a further fully fitted one bedroom apartment with a double bed, ideal for a nanny or staff (this does not have airconditioning). This villa is also good for the elderly as it is mainly on one level. This is a lovely, modern, clean, well furnished villa which we highly recommend.

Location
This lovely villa is situated just a short walk from the beach and a 15 minute drive to Puerto Banus. There are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all within a ten minute walk. Although very useful, a car is not actually necessary when staying here. There is bus stop close by and taxis are easily arranged. Paraiso Barronal is an urbanisation on the sea front which consists of only large established villas. Many more bars, restaurants, and supermarkets can easily be accessed via the foot bridge over the main road. Puerto Banus is about 10 KM away and Estepona town centre is about 6 KM. The beach here is well maintained and sandy. There is a cheringito bar located right on the beach (open during the summer months). There are several other beach bars which are normally open most of the year just a short walk along the paseo.

Price Notes:
Normal capacity in this villa is 12 people, plus babies in cots.
Cots and High chairs are provided for an aditional 50 euros for up to two weeks hire. ADSL can be provided for an aditional 35 euros per week. Two extra beds are available to sleep up to 14 people, however, an an additional fee of 100 Euros extra per person is charged over the standard 12 people. The pool may be heated for an additional 125 Euros per week.

Payment and Booking Terms
30% to accept the booking by bank transfer and 70% on arrival or by arrangement. Security deposit payable by credit card on arrival and returned within 10 days of departure providing there are no breakages etc.
