This lovely, clean, very well appointed apartment boasts luxury furnishings in creams and light airy colours throughout. It offers two balconies, one with comfortable cushioned sun loungers which look out to sea, the other with a good size table, four comfortable padded chairs and a huge parasol. This duplex apartment also offers spectacular views of the sea and the mountains. In our opinion, this apartment is the best appointed in the complex and offers great value. The wonderfully cared for urbanisation/complex has two sets of swimming pools securely contained in the grounds - it is an excellent place for children as the gardens are entirely enclosed by fences and hedges so they can run through the gardens from one swimming pool to the other and play safely in the parents' knowledge that they cant get on to any roads

This apartment is probably the best one in this very popular development. It boasts the most convenient parking space, and is the first apartment block when entering the complex (so no need to walk too far!). It also commands the best views out to sea with a vista of the mountains to the side. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The whole complex has been finished to a very high standard. The beach is less than ten minutes walk and the next town of Sabanillas and Duquesa are less than a 25 minute walk away. There is also a very convenient taxi rank 100 meters away
