This is a lovely Air Conditioned townhouse with fantastic views over the Mediterranean from the terrace. It has a small private garden with a raised dining area. There are two sun-loungers in the house for you too. A huge communal pool is located a short walk from the house which we've never known to be busy. The house has three AirConditioned comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a downstairs cloak room. The modern kitchen has a fridge freezer and dishwasher. Dining area for 6 is just off the lounge. This house sleeps 6 in comfort. Outdoor dining with views over the Mediterranean. 10-13 minutes walk to the beach and beach bars by crossing a foot bridge. Easy parking in driveway with steps down to the entrance of the house. This house has Full Airconditioning and fibre optic internet access.

This beautiful house is located 8 KM west of Estepona and only about 350 metres from the sea. The direct views of the sea are breathtaking & the private little garden (with palms, shrubs and flowers) provides a great environment for you to relax and enjoy the sun whilst taking in the views. The house is fairly new and forms part of an original terrace of only seven houses that were built to mark the building of the Bahia de Casares urbanisation. This means these original properties are built to an impressive standard. The enormous 15m x 13m pool, with it's private garden, is shared only amongst these eleven houses which makes the pool area practically private to you as so few people can use it. The driveway is next to the front door where you find easy car parking. The house is spacious, airy and is very well furnished throughout. Sky TV is provided for English TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, including a dishwasher. Altogether, a great house to spend your holiday.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
