This is a very modern fully air-conditioned spacious villa, which is decorated with exceptionally good taste and is one of our top houses. It has been designed to a very high specification and the large beautifully presented rooms reflect this. This is true Marbella style. With its top standard furnishings throughout it makes the villa very luxurious.
The house is built over three floors and has bedrooms to sleep eight people in total comfort. As a bonus, there is a separate self contained studio apartment (again which is very well presented) located to the rear of the garden which will sleep an additional two people, or a nanny.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, plus various bathrooms, the lounge leads off from the entrance hall and the elegant dining room is also located here.
The lower level of the villa offers another overflow bedroom (no windows). a huge wall mounted flat screen television with a games consul (and a selection of games) and English Sky TV. There is also a table tennis table for those wanting a bit of exertion after the relaxation in the house and gardens.
Outside, the heated swimming pool is a good size (approx. 9 meters by 5 meters) and has a walk in shallow end, which is ideal for children and those not too steady on their feet. It is also fenced to add security if you have younger children. This is surrounded by beautiful gardens designed to give a tropical feeling. As a bonus for children, there is a swing and a slide. There are also shower facilities in the lower level of the house which access the pool, garden and terraces.
Should you be driving whilst in Spain, the house also boasts a large garage with space for about 4 cars!

Location
This wonderful villa is located in El Rosario in Marbella – just a short drive away from Puerto Banus.
The villa is on a private gated road, just behind the entrance to the Los Granados tennis club. El Rosario is a short distance away from other popular urbanizations, such as Las Chapas. This part of the coast line provides some of the best clean sandy beaches that the Costa del Sol has to offer. There are four or five good restaurants located about 200 meters away from the house and a Supermarket for groceries. From here you can cross the main road (via a foot bridge) and you will find many other restaurants (including the popular Fusion bar). From here is it about another 15 minute walk to the beach (to be confirmed). The nearby tennis club offers three tennis courts and two padel courts.
