This villa is perfectly located in the residential area of El Rosario, which is located about 6 KM along the coast from Marbella Town, west of Málaga. The area is made up of large well-maintained villas all surrounding the very popular 'El Casco' tennis club. Here you will find restaurants and bars with a supermarket just below (next to the main A7 road, which gives excellent communications for Gibraltar and all the coastal towns). Crossing the bridge over the main road will take you to the beaches. Travel a further 5 Km down the road and you discover “Elviria” here you have a much larger choice of wonderful restaurants, bars and the beaches.
