This is a beautiful ground floor garden apartment. It is located within the very high spec grounds of Benatalya which is just 3 KM away from the sea on the Benahavis road. The whole urbanisation is finished to a very high specification with very mature gardens planted with a multitude of mature Mediterranean plants. You feel like you are staying on an apart-hotel complex. There are double gates for secure parking (all gates operated by remote control). A lift takes you from the underground car park directly to the apartment floor. On entering the apartment, the lounge dining room is off the hallway and opens onto the terrace and rear garden with with direct views over the golf course. It is air conditioned throughout and. There are two double bedrooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom, a family bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. Within the development is the spa facility with indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms and gymnasium. Outside there are several swimming pools to choose from. There is a smaller one directly outside the apartment itself or a larger one just around the corner where plenty of quality sun loungers are provided for your use. There are a number of golf courses within a very short distance and the beach is five minutes drive.

The apartment is located on the highly prestigious Benatalya urbanisation which is just 3 KM from the sea front on the road going inland towards Benahavis between Estepona and San Pedro. Puerto Banús with its busy bars restaurants, shops and nightlife is only a ten minute drive away (or about 15 Euros by taxi) There are plenty of golf courses around this area for those who are keen. Benhavis is well worth a visit as it is known as the town or restaurants. It is a very pretty place and it quite literally is packed with loads of really good restaurants to try. The apartment is also well located for those looking to explore the Costa del Sol. From here you can drive to many of the tourist spots from Granda and the Alhambra palace to the east to perhaps a day trip to Morocco to the west. Both Malaga and Gibraltar airports are just 70 KM away
