This two bed respectable apartment has good character. It is on the first floor of the popular Bena Vista upbanisation. The apartment faces south and recieves plenty of sunshine thoughtout the day. The apartment is reasonably furnished thoughout. There is a large selection of English TV provided via cable plus a few other language channels. The kitchen is only about one year old. There are two terraces, one off the lounge plus one off the master bedroom. Each has a table and chairs for two people. Both bedrooms are en-suite. This is always a popular apartment for rentals and we recommend for early viewing. Parking is easy found directly outside the apartment.

Location
Supermarkets, numberous resturants, busy bars, bus stop and taxi rank are all within a five minutes walk of this apartment. This very popular urbanisation is about 30 years old, it has been very well maintained and now boasts many well established gardens and palm trees throughout the private grounds of the urbanisation. Outside the apartment there is a tennis club and to the side there is also a busy bowling club. A Golf course is only about 5 KM away. A footbridge has been provided over the A7/N340 main road which makes access to the beach very easy. On the beach front there is a "cheringito" beach bar and the facilities provided by the Atalya park hotel. The area around the apartment is mainly occupied by English speaking people.
