This is a charming two bedroom duplex apartment a few minutes drive from the centre of Estepona town. Situated in a semi-rural location it offers the enjoyment of living in the country with easy access to all the towns on the coast. Occupying the first and second floors, you enter the small hallway that opens into the large lounge dining room, and off of which is the independent fully fitted kitchen. Next to this is one of the en-suite bedrooms. Upstairs is the Master bedroom which also has an en-suite bathroom, and the covered terrace looking out onto agricultural land and the coast beyond. The community is gated and has two small communal pools in which to cool off.
