This apartment is a real surprise. It is located within the very high spec grounds of Benatalaya with is just 3 KM away from the sea on the Benhavis road. The whole urbanisation is finished o a very high spec with very mature gardens planted with a multitude of mature Mediterranean plants. You feel like you are staying on an apart hotel complex. There are double gates for secure parking (all gates operated by remote control). A lift takes you from the underground car park directly to the apartment floor. When you enter the apartment, you are hit by the spectacular view over the golf course and out to sea. The apartment is furnished to a luxury standard. It is air conditioned throughout and there is Sky TV in the lounge. The terrace provides the perfect place to relax. There are a couple of sun loungers and a great area to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and the views. Downstairs you will find the exclusive spa. There is a large indoor heated pool with s sauna and also a steam room to the side. Opposite the pool is a gymnasium with plenty of aerobic equipment. Outside there are several swimming pools to choose from. There is a smaller one directly outside the apartment itself or a larger one just around the corner where plenty of quality sun loungers are provided for your use. The golf course is also to hand. Location

The apartment is located on the highly prestigious Benatalya urbanisation which is just 3 KM from the sea front on the road going inland towards Benhavis between Estepona and San Pedro. Puerto Banús with its busy bars restaurants, shops and nightlife is only a ten minute drive away (or about 15 Euros by taxi) There are plenty of golf courses around this area for those who are keen. Benhavis is well worth a visit as it is known as the town or restaurants. It is a very pretty place and it quite literally is packed with loads of really good restaurants to try. The apartment is also well located for those looking to explore the Costa del Sol. From here you can drive to many of the tourist spots from Granda and the Alhambra palace to the east to perhaps a day trip to Morocco to the west. Both Malaga and Gibraltar airports are just 70 KM away.

Payment and Booking Terms

A 30% deposit is payable within seven days of booking this property. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. The refundable security deposit is payable either with the second installment and will be returned within 14 days for your departure. Payment of the security deposit may also be made on arrival via credit card and we return the money onto the same card after your departure. Long term rentals require two months security deposit and one month rent in advance.
