From the entrance hall a staircase leads up to the private solarium which offers stunning views of the Med to the front, and the mountains behind. As the highest point of the building it gets sun all day long.
The large lounge dining room opens onto the terrace which overlooks the communal gardens and pool. The swimming pool has its own clean changing rooms and there is a life guard who watches the pool during the summer months. As an added security feature for children, the pool is fenced and gated. The gardens and pool area have an abundance of good quality sun loungers available for your use. The pool is enormous (about 50 meters long). It begins with a shallow end of about five inches / 12 cm of shallow water which gradually goes down to about two meters of depth. This is an apartment which has a great pool that you would really want to spend time in without feeling like it is over crowded. The pretty colourful gardens are cared for and well worth a wander around. All in all, this is a very high quality apartment, in a well presented and cared for urbanization.

This apartment is extremely well located for those looking for a quiet environment and yet close to many amenities. Dunas Green is located just 10 minutes walk from the Las Dunas Hotel, which is half way between Estepona and San Pedro on the Costa del Sol. The entrance for Dunas Green is gated and is manned by 24 hour security. There is a bridge over the main road which provides an easy and safe route to the beach. There are some very popular restaurants and bars around the Las Dunas Hotel.
