This well appointed 220 m2 apartment is located in the high quality urbanisation of 'Hacienda Beach' which is just west of the Las Dunas Hotel and East of the Kempinski Hotel past the new luxury Laguna Village. The apartment is located directly on the sea front and commands stunning views out to sea. The apartment was originally two apartments which were combined into one to make it very spacious and airy. There is a spiral staircase (with child gate) which leads up to the second floor where you will find a childrens TV/Games room & the Office area. Here you will also find a huge garden terrace and large laundry room (approx 3x6 metres). The furniture is of a very high standard throughout the apartment. Located directly on the sea front. This particular coastline is lined with many high quality urbanisations which is generally why this area is called the 'new golden mile'. On the beach you will find a beach bar which serves snacks and drinks. You can also hire sun loungers here. Within a very short walk of the apartment you will find a small supermarket, restaurant and bars. Estepona town is within easy reach by bus (the bus stop is just a short walk from the complex) and by car. Marbella and Puerto Banus are also just a short trip away. Sunday has a craft market in the Port of Estepona. Wednesday has a huge market - great for browsing and buying a few typically Spanish pottery items. Fresh fruit and vegetables, clothes and nick-naks also on sale.
