From the lounge and the dining room, French windows open onto the terrace surrounding the pool and the garden beyond and large awnings open to provide much needed shade during the hottest months. To the rear of the pool are steps leading down to the private parking for about three cars, while to the front of the house, is a gate to the road running past allowing plenty of on-street parking as well. It is simply and comfortably furnished throughout, has satellite TV, a phone line and ADSL which can be taken over.

This villa is set in the Puerto Romano area on the East side of Estepona. With its eleveyed position it enjoys superb views of the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean down to Africa and Gibraltar. Close to this is the international riding school and the Estepona Teniis Club is a few minutes drive. The area is three minutes drive from the main coast road providing easy access to all the towns along the coast such as Estepona itself, San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Marbella. The motorway is accessible within eight minutes drive making Gibraltar quite commutable.
