Location
Estepona Golf is a large sprawling area just to the East of Estepona itself. Built around a popular golf course the area includes agricultural land and has spectacular mountain views. Situated just off the main coast road, the A-7, this villa sits at the top of the golf course and is approximately ten minutes drive to the beach and fifteen minutes to the heart of the town. Gibraltar sits roughly half an hour to the East and marbella about the same time to the West.

Payment and Booking Terms
Long term: One month rent in advance and one month rent security deposit.
Short term: A 30% desposit is required within seven days of booking this property. The balance is payable at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival. The refundable security deposit is taken on arrival by credit card and will be credited back to the same card within seven days of departure providing there is no damage or loss to the property.
