Upstairs are the master and another double bedroom which have a private terrace between them with spectacular views, and both with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a small single bedroom that would be equally well-suited to office space. Outside the house are well maintained gardens as well as a charming plunge pool, and a wooden covered terrace for al fresco entertaining. The international schools around the San Pedro area are commutable in about 15 minutes.
