This delightful country house is a three bedroom family home sitting on a large private plot in the residential enclave of Puerto Romano to the East of Estepona. It is unpretentious, filled with character and exudes rustic charm. It is the perfect place to unwind and chill out. The large comfortably furnished lounge opens out onto the terrace which is perfect for laid-back al fresco dining. This in turn leads to the stairs by the water feature leading down to the walled garden providing plenty of privacy, and the swimming pool. Separated from the lounge by the open sided fireplace is the large dining area. Across the hallway is the cosy kitchen with its own door out to the garden. The rest of the accommodation is made up of two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom as does the third bedroom which is a twin. A third bathroom serves the other bedroom on the lower level of the house. On the lower level terrace there is some exercise equipment should the desire present itself. As the house is designed for indoor/outdoor living, there are fans throughout the property which keep the air moving and comfortable. There is also wi-fi available.

Location
Puerto Romano is a small area of primarily villas set in an elevated area in the campo to the East od Estepona. The surrounding area is well known for equestrian activities with the International Riding School nearby, and a number of privately owned stables offering horse-riding by the hour. There is a rustic country bar a short distance away that is frequented by the multi-national local community and the beautiful beachside development of Laguna Village is less than ten minutes drive. Estepona town is only ten minutes by car.
