This lovely modern villa offers great value for money for those looking to take a holiday in their own villa with their own private swimming pool. The villa is located Parque Botanico – a modern urbanisation just 4 KM from the coast. On the urbanisation, there are many facilities available for you to use at no extra cost. There are Tennis courts, Padel tennis courts, indoor heated pool, four more large outdoor pools, Gymnasium and a small restaurant onsite (Restaurant open during the summer months only). The villa has a spacious light and airy lounge with dining area. There are freeview English TV and Spanish Terrestrial programmes too. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and is en suite with a good sized walk-in shower. The Twin bedroom used the family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, crockery and cooking utensils that you might need for your holiday. The Villa is fully air conditioned and is very well insulated for the winter too. Outside, the villa has a decking area with seating for six persons and a charcoal barbeque .The garden is private and provides a grassy area where it is very easy to keep an eye on the children. The pool is 3x5 metres and 1.3 metres deep. There is a direct view of the beautiful countryside and it is actually very private outside. In front of you is a very high bridge which carried the motorway. Do not let this put you off as it is quite interesting to see but it is not noisy as the road it much higher above. We recommend this villa as a real escape for those who want their own privacy and pool.

Location
The urbanisation is just 4KM from the Las Dunas Hotel and the main coastline of the Costa del Sol. It is set on its own in the Andalucian countryside. It has its own small bar/restaurant on the urbanisation which is open during the summer months. Nearby is a local open zoo called Selwo Adventure Park which is well worth a visit and is well worth a visit for everybody. There is a restaurant and bar about 2 KM further down the road from the villa but the main shops, bars and restaurants are a drive and you will need a car when staying in this property. About 20 minutes drive will bring to into Puerto Banus and the Marbella Old town. In the other direction you will be in the centre of Estepona where there are plenty of lovely beaches, seafront walks, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Payment and Booking Terms
A 30% deposit is required within seven days when booking. This is payable by bank transfer to a UK account for sterling patment or Spanish account for Euro payment or by cedit card on-line. The balance is payable by banki transfer or in Euros cash on arrival. The refundable security deposit is payable by credit card on arrival or by on-line crredit card payment only. The refundable security deposit is returned to the same credit card within a week of departure provided there is no loss or damage. Refundable security deposits can be arranged to be paid in cash by special arrangement and will incur an extra 30 Euros charge for early property checking and handling.
