Location
The property is situated in a residential area a short walk away from local amenities restaurants pubs etc. It is 500 meters to the beach and to the Atalaya Country and Resort hotel. From the sun terrace there are views to the mountains and the sea. It is a 10 mins drive to Puerto Banus ; 15 mins to Marbella in one direction and 10 mins to Estepona in the other direction. The beaches all along the coast are excellent and range from sandy small coves to much larger beaches.
