This 1 twin-bedroomed apartment is situated on the first floor of the popular Puerto Paraiso apartment building in the heart of Estepona port. The apartment provides very easy access to the Port where there is a wide selection of bars and Resturants pus shops and supermakets. The apartment has a TV with British channels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 available on the Sky TV box plus a few extra channels. An additional Satellite box is also available to watch a selection of German and French channels. One of the best beaches in Estepona with its beach bars serving drinks and food is only a short walk away. The old town of Estepona is a 20 minute walk along the sea front. The apartment is very spacious for a one bed and provides a great location for those not wishing to walk far to the port. The small balcony is good place to relax and watch the comings and goings of the busy port. The apartment has new sound resistant glazing as the port may be considered a bit noisy at weekends.

This apartment is located within Port of Estepona in an ideal location for Supermarkets and Barts etc.. Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! A cot and a high chair available at a supplement of EUR0 50.00 per two week stay (to cover delivery, taking away and additional laundry). Please ask about this at the time of your enquiry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items (toaster, microwave, kettle etc). Iron and Ironing board are also found in the kitchen cupboards. A selection of videos is also made available to renters. SKY TV available in the lounge. Also available is satellite television covering German and French channels. The owners have also provided a range of books.
'Long weekend' renters considered. Please enquire. A security deposit may be required depending on the ages of occupants.
Heating, linen, towels, water and electricity are all included within the prices above. There are no additional charges levied.
