This modern apartment has been tastefully furnished with IKEA-type concept furniture throughout. It provides clean, quiet and very comfortable accommodation for your holidays on the Costa del Sol. The apartment is fully air conditioned. Outside, there is a large terrace with good sea views over the two swimming pools. As the apartment is set back a little, it provides a much quieter location for those wishing to be close to the port whilst avoiding the noise from the nightclubs and late night bars. The TV provides local Spanish channels. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedrooms both have two single bed with single bedding, however, they arte designed to be close together so you could more or less also use them as double beds. We highly recommend this apartment as a good option.

Location
The apartment is located just behind the Supersol supermarket on the opposite side of the road from the entrance to Estepona Port. The apartment is in the middle of the urbanisation making it one of the quietest properties available in the area. The urbanisation is gated and very secure. There is plenty of space around the gardens and two swimming pools for you to use. The apartment front door is located up a flight of stairs or there is a lift to all levels. Estepona Port is about 5 minutes away, the nearest supermarket is about 4 minutes and the town centre can be walked in about 20 minutes. All in all an ideal quality base for your holiday in Estepona.
