This very modern air conditioned apartment offers two bedrooms (one master with king size bed and a twin bedroom with two double beds**) a shower room and an extra cloak room. In the bright and airey open-plan living area you have a large flat-screen television offering interenational channels, a comfortable sofa and the dining area for four people. The kichen is compact and offers a dishwasher, oven, large fridge freezer and four-ring induction hob. Plenty of crockery is available for you. The apartment has been finsihed to a very high standard and offers air conditioning througout. Do note that the terrace is glazed-in, but the windows do open and you can take in the sea and harbour views. This makes it secure for families worried about the apartment being on the 5th floor. **It is possible to sleep six in this apartment. Please check with us for the additional cost.

This 5th floor apartment is located in the Puerto Paraiso apartment buildings right in the heart of Estepona marina. Everything here is on your doorstep, so there is no need for a car.

There are two supermarkets within a 4 minute walk (OpenCor - open from 7am until 2am) and a SuperSol (9am - 9pm Mon - Sat), two first-calss beaches (Playa del Cristo and Playa la Rada) both of which have Cheringuito beach bars that serve food and drinks and also hire sun loungers and parasols.

Within the maria you have numerous bars, cafes and restaurants serving traditional and international cuisine.

Just a short walk along the promonade, you have the pretty old town of Estepona with its cobled, flower linen streets and traditional Spanish town charm. Head for Plaza de las Flores and enjoy the cafes and people watching! Just off the Terraza you'll find the orchid house.

Estepona is in easy reach of some great places for day trips. Seville is about 3 hours drive, Granada about 3.25 hours, Gibraltar about 40 minutes. Also drive in-land to see the pretty white-washed villages!

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.

Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
