This is a very comfortable apartment which is located in the lower level of this lovely shared villa in Estepona - just 2 KM away from the beach and 2.5 KM away from the town centre. The apartment is clean, provides air conditioning, has Sky TV and wireless ADSL. The master bedroom looks out over the garden, while the twin bedroom looks out to the side of the property. The villa provides well kept gardens, a good sized pool ( 9x4.5 metres) ,a 6 person luxury jacuzzi, and out door cheringito (beach bar/outside dining room type room) The villa also has a lovely citrus fruit grove where you may help yourself to fresh oranges, lemons, avocados etc. (when in season) There are also several chickens roaming around (you may help yourself to fresh eggs if you wish) The villa is certainly a super place to stay and relax by the pool or just find a place to sit and relax. It allows you to enjoy the facilities of a large villa without the expense.
The owners of this villa (David and Martin) live alone in the upper level of this property. They have two large dogs (A Borzoi and a Collie/Belgian Sheppard cross) plus three cats. The office from where the owners run their business is also located in the same property so they are always on hand to help if you need it.
Guests staying at the villa are made very welcome and are left to come and go as they please and can use all the facilities as they wish. If you are considering a stay in this property, then you must be prepared to be greeted by dogs and cats from time to time. Yuo are always made very welcome.

Location
The villa is located 2.5 KM just outside Estepona town in the countryside behind the Placiao de Congresso. The villa is found at the end of small tarmaced country track. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes. The apartment is accessed via a separate gated entrance located to the side of the villa. Estepona is a pretty town with lots of bars, resturants and nightlife if you are looking for this. Estepona has managed to retain its more Spanish feel than the larger town of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Puerto Banus is about 20 minutes drive away and approx 26 Euros one way in summer by taxi. It is about 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Transfers may be arranged through us.
