Location
This house sits in the campo (countryside) just to the East of Estepona in an area called El Padron. This area is largely given over to the cultivation of fruit and vegetables and is home to a number of fincas and villas, usually with large plots of land attached. With just two kilometres to the closest beach and the main coast road it is close enough to get into town easily or indeed reach any of the other towns on the coast, and yet secluded enough to afford you lots of tranquil privacy with just nature for company. This is particulalrly suitable for animal lovers as there are many walks to explore including the local rock pools.
