The modern kitchen is large and airy, and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave etc. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and a tumble drier. The lounge has English Sky TV . You can bring your own Sky TV viewing card with you to increase the choice of channels or even rent one from the agent for 20 Euros per week. The Villa has a large open terrace with plenty of garden furniture plus a large barbeque area. The pool is approximately 3 meters by about 4 meters. Next to the pool is a small cabaņa where you escape the full sun. The views from this tranquil villa are spectacular; it makes for a perfect hideaway for families who want the privacy of their own villa and pool but do not want to be too far away from the town centre

This villa is located no more than 3km directly inland from Estepona sea front and the town centre. It can be found by following the river road from Palm Beach Cheringito inland up to 3km on the right hand side down a 30 metre track. The villa is in a good location for those who want to enjoy the benefits of being close to town but still want their own privacy. The property is not overlooked and is very quiet. It has wonderful views across the mountains and the countryside. It is also close to the Carrefour hypermarket and beach bars. This villa is also idealy located for the new Laguna beach complex of bars, restaurants and high class shopping.
