This lovely little Spanish cottage (Caseta) is a perfect place for people looking to relax in private in quality accomodation and yet within easy reach of the town, beaches and shops. This newly built Spanish caseta provides spectacular views of the mountains and the Andalucian countryside. In the garden there is a large terrace with sun loungers plus a dining area set under a 150 year old Olive tree. Inside the caseta, is a fully equipped kitchen (large welcome pack provided), lounge with dining area and twin room en suite bedroom. The caseta is surrounded by plenty of tropical and Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. Guests are welcome to visit the Caballos al-Kadar specialist centre for pure bread Andalucian horses located to one end of the same 8000 square metres of finca land. The centre is full of tropical plants and exotic trees with also plays host to an exotic bird sanctuary. Novice to experienced horse riders are welcome to go riding either on the beaches or in the countryside.

Location
The Caseta is located about 2.5 KM from the sandy beaches and the town centre of Estepona. You can walk to the town in about 30 minutes or drive in a bout 5 mins. There are no fast roads nearby only small country tracks. The Carrefour hypermarket is also about 2.5 KM away the famous seafront Laguna Village is also nearby. The caseta is located down a small country track. You are provided with a padlock key to access the land and the property from the road. The caseta fells like you staying in the middle of the Andalucian countryside.

The welcome “Food Pack” is provided free and it includes Butter, milk, eggs, fruit, cheese, sugar, tea, coffee, water, wine, bread jam. The prices given are for up to two people only. Please add an additional 100 Euros per person per week up to a maximum of four persons. A cot and high chair may be rented for 50 Euros for up to two weeks use. A wireless pay-as-you-go internet solution may be provided for your computer. 20 euros = 25 Megabytes, 40 Euros = 200 Megabytes and 60 Euros = 1 Gigabyte of downloaded data. (A heavy user will normally use 1 Gigabyte in about 11 days. horse riding is available and the prices are as follows:-
Classes + Riding: Private Classes 45 Minutes: 35 €
Rinding In Campo 1 hour: 30€ GroupLesson (2 or more) 45 minutes: 25€ Lunge Lessons 30 minutes: 25€ Book of 10 Private Classes: 325€ (45 minutes per class) Book of 10 Riding In Campo: 280€ Hour Ride Class Private with Pony Half-hour: 25€ Pony Led by parent halfhour: 15€
Training: Riding In campo : 30€ (1 hour) Riding In Picadero: 25€ (Half Hour) (Includes Inhad Training or riding) Lungeing - 20 minutes 10€ Lungeing - 30 minutes 15€ All Horses in training are groomed and showered by us.

A 30% desposit is payable when booking. The balance is payable in Euros cash on arrival. The refundable security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card and will be returned within 14 days of departure.
