It is set on 3000 square meters finca with absolutely spectacular 180 degree sea views and also of Gibraltar and Africa. The villa boasts all mod cons including Sky TV, DVD, Wireless internet and fully equipped kitchen. The finca even has it's own good sized private swimming pool ! The terrace provides plenty of shade where you may dine outside or take shelter from the sun. Inside there is a huge lounge with large separate dining room. There is a wonderful double fronted fireplace for use in winter which serves both the dining room and also the lounge. The kitchen is set at one end of the dining room with a door to the side leading to the master bedroom (which is en suite) The second twin bedroom(also en suite) is accessed via sliding glass doors leading from the terrace. The property is very private and would even be suitable for naturists. This house offers tremendous value for money and is guaranteed to offer you a great holiday whilst staying in Spain. (Please note that the twin room opens on to the covered terrace, not into the main house)

Location

The villa is located just 2.5 km inland from the main town centre of Estepona making it very convenient for the shops but still providing a peaceful rural setting. It is a very quiet area. Getting to the villa provides you with a little adventure as you need to drive through a river and up a fairly steep private road to get there. Well worth it as the views are breathtaking. Access is fine with a standard car. There is a choice of several large supermakets. Estepona is a very pretty town which is growing. It is mainly Spanish, however, there are more English moving to the town. The port and the town centre offer a selection of bars and restaurants. There are numerous excellent restaurants dotted around the country which are well worth trying during your stay.

An extra bed can be provided for an aditional person for an extra 100 euros per week more. A cot and high chair may be rented for 50 Euros for up to tow weeks use for the pair. Horse riding for novice or experienced riders may be offered for 50 Euros for two people for one hour.
