The actual accommodation includes 4 bedrooms ( two doubles and two twins), large lounge dining room with a fireplace, family bathroom and shower room, independant kitchen, extensive outdoor relaxation areas including the private pool. It also has central heating for those cooler Winter months.

A 30% deposit is payable within seven days of booking this property. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival or in Euros cash on arrival. The refundable security deposit is payable by credit card on arrival and will be returned to the same card within 10 days of your departure providing there is no damage or breakages. Please enquire if if you are unable to provide this by credit card when booking.
