Villa Viejo is a beautiful 100 year old converted farm house that has been restored to provide top luxury holiday villa. The villa retains the charm of the original Spanish Cortijo that it once was.
It is set in 4000 metres of tropical gardens with a large heated pool and plenty of patio areas.
The villa is air conditioned and is all on one floor. There is a large entrance hallway, seperate lounge, separate dinig area and even a games room !
The Elegant lounge boasts a high beamed ceiling, solid wood patio doors and a large open fire place. This leads onto a beautiful vine covered patio.
The lounge also has a large flat screen T.V with SKY reception and a DVD player.
The three double bed rooms are all very comfortably furnished, 2 have en-suite shower rooms and one has a full en-suite bathroom. 2 also have patio doors on to their own private patios. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV and DVD.
The dining room has a stylish cream coloured dining suite that seats six. This room leads into the games room where there is a full size pool table, a dart board, punch bag and a fold away scalextric digital track, all of which should certainly keep the kids, and perhaps one or two of the adults, happy.
The property is securely enclosed and has electronic security gates with an intercom. There is plenty of parking and the house also has an alarm system connected to a local security firm.

Location
The villa is located 2.5 KM just outside Estepona town in the countryside behind the Placiao de Congresso. The villa is found at the end of small tarmaced country track. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes. The apartment is accessed via a separate gated entrance located to the side of the villa. Estepona is a pretty town with lots of bars, resturants and nightlife if you are looking for this. Estepona has managed to retain its more Spanish feel than the larger town of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Puerto Banus is about 20 minutes drive away and approx 26 Euros one way in summer by taxi. It is about 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Transfers may be arranged through us.
