The apartment is in a villa which has been split into four aprtments specifically designed as holiday accomodation. The grounds of the villa comprise a well maintained tropical garden and a good sized swimming pool heated OCT - APR. This apartment can also be rented with POOL apartment (next-door) to make a three bedroomed 3 shower room apartment. These two properties have an adjoining door if required for use. The villa has a large garage area where table tennis and darts are also availble for use. There is wireless ADSL and a large selection of DVDs and books which may be borrowed as required. This apartment is a great place to relax away from it all.

(BBC 1&2; ITV Ch 4 & Sky News) with free use of video, DVD, book and C.D. libraries, communal washing machine. Recently renovated and including new furniture and fittings. Only 10 mins walk from local restaurants, beach and new 5* hotel.
Cleaned and with fresh linen/towels each week. Villa can sleep 12 to (maximum) 13 guests comfortably. Owners live on site and ensure the smooth and comfortable running of this unique and very special holiday home as well as being able to offer advice and suggestions on local facilities if required.
Enjoy the freedom of self-catering with some of the benefits of a small boutique-style hotel. The uncommercialised, typically Spanish town of Estepona and the delightful Port area are a 5 minute car ride away. Estepona and many other golf courses are nearby.
Marbella; Puerto Banus & Gibraltar are less than 30 mins. Ronda; Cadiz; Seville; Granada; Jerez; Malaga & Cordoba are all wonderful and worth visiting.
