Our speciality and the reason why 2006 bookings comprised 72% of clients who had stayed with us before, is that we ensure the whole apartment sparkles. You will not need to clean anything on your arrival. The villa was recently converted into 4 unique apartments. The owners live in one and ensure the villa and grounds and HEATED pool (Oct - Apr) are well maintained. The above unit is the largest in the villa, incorporating the Master Bedroom suite of the original house. It is on the upper level and is approached via one of its private sea-facing terraces. The living/dining room has two sofas, a glass dining table and an entertainment centre (TV/VCR; DVD;CD) with BBC1&2; ITV; Ch4 & Sky News. There are over 300 films available to borrow free of charge during your stay. The kitchen is not large, but includes a gas hob/electric oven; two refrigerators; dishwasher as well as a large range of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. The master bedroom is 18' x 16' with sensational sea views, own terrace and large bathroom with a shower cubicle. The second bedroom has a twin bed (that can be zipped together if required) and its own shower room opposite.

Villa Tranquilla is perched quietly on a hill on the western outskirts of the delightful 500 year-old seaside town of Estepona, yet only a 5 minute drive from its pretty Port.
There are two excellent restaurants, as well as those in a 5* GL Hotel, all within a 10 minute walk, as is the local beach. The more popular Playa Cristo is a 5 minute drive away. The Port area provides shops, restaurants, bars, boats, fishermen
bringing in their catches, supermarkets etc.
The Town, a few minutes further on by car, or a 15 minute walk along the very floral esplanade is very Spanish with pretty plazas, twisty cobbled streets, lots of locally-owned shops, tapas bars and beautiful
old houses and flower-strewn buildings. It is somewhere that you can spend hours wandering around and never getting bored. Marbella, Puerto Banus, Ronda, Casares and Duquesa are all nearby. Seville, Malaga, Cadiz, Cordoba and the Alhambra at Granada are all within a 2 hour drive.

The Villa has facilities allowing you to swim / sunbathe longer if you have a late flight. (Communal WC and cold shower by the poolside)

First weeks rental includes a small complimentary Welcome Pack.
Mid-term clean included for stays of 12 nights plus.
