It has a very large private terrace, which is not overlooked, and has the most spectacular views out to sea and across the private gardens. The terrace also has two sun loungers, a table and four dining-style chairs. The second smaller bedroom is ideal for children. The apartment is well positioned for access to the beach and there you will find a beach bar which serves food and drink all day. You can also hire sun loungers here for the day for a small fee. In the urbanisation, there are tennis courts and 6 communal swimming pools to chose from. This property is also ideally located for access to many golf courses in the Estepona area, and beyond!

Location
This lovely apartment is located on an urbanization known as Bahia Dorada 3 which is about 5 km west of Estepona town. The urbanization is conveniently located just off the N340 or A7 coast road, which runs right along the Mediterranean coast of Spain. The apartment is on the first floor and has spectacular views out to sea, especially from the private terrace. The landscaped gardens of the urbanization are well maintained and are a joy to walk through to gain access to the quiet beaches. On the beach you will find a cheringuito (beach bar) that serves drinks and food all day. (This apartment is also near the Costa Natura Resort)
