This large, high quality villa is only 2 Km outside the popular town of Estepona in the area of Don Pedro and just about a ten minute walk from the beach. The villa commands excellent views of the sea and has a good size private garden. The pool is a nice size and is partially heated to extend the swimming season (the heater is small and is not designed to heat the pool from cold). The villa has a well presented entrance hallway, which leads into the generous comfortable lounge area where there is a fireplace, leather sofas and terrace doors leading out into the gardens. Leading from here is the multi-cinema room where a large flat screen TV with surround sound system is provided. From the hallway, there is a large dining room which seats 10 comfortably. Upstairs there are five good sized bedrooms all furnished to a similar high standard. Downstairs, in the basement, there is a huge garage which has a pool table and table tennis area. In the garden, there is a Jacuzzi and a brick-built barbeque plus a seating area for dining outside. The gardens are planted up with Mediterranean plants which surround the lovely swimming pool. From the terraces you can take in the wonderful views out across the sea.

Location
This beautiful large and impressive villa is located just outside the centre of Estepona town in the well established urbanisation of Don Pedro. This is a fairly small urbanization and benefits from being very well kept. The villas here are all in different styles, and this adds to the feel. Across the road from the entrance to the urbanization, you will find the new five-star Gran Elba hotel and to the side of this, the entrance to the beach. I would imagine you could walk to the beach within eight minutes from the villa. The beach is made up of soft sand with the occasional large stone. From here you could walk into the town along the beach which could take about 20 minutes. Quietly discreet (and screened!) to the right of the hotel there is also a small nudist beach should this be your thing!
