This beautiful house is located 8 KM west of Estepona and only about 250 metres from the sea. The direct views of the sea are breathtaking & the private little garden (with palms, shrubs and flowers) provides a great environment for you to relax and enjoy the sun whilst taking in the views. The house is fairly new and forms part of an original terrace of only seven houses that were built to mark the building of the Bahia de Casares urbanisation. This means these original properties are built to an impressive standard. The enormous 15m x 13m pool, with it's private garden, is shared only amongst these eleven houses which makes the pool area practically private to you as so few people can use it. The driveway is next to the front door where you find easy car parking. The house is spacious, airy and is very well furnished throughout.
