Located: Don Pedro, Estepona West, Malaga

This well built, modern villa is located just 1 ½ kilometers outside the pretty town of Estepona. The house is only a few years old and provides you with everything you might need for a comfortable family holiday away. As you enter the villa, you will immediately feel a calm come over you as the entrance hall is remarkably spacious and using only light woods has a very open and airy feel. The double stained glass doors ahead of you let you know that you have entered a very well appointed home. From the entrance hall to the right there is the first double bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and to the left, the smaller twin room. There is also a cloak room (with WC and hand basin) and a separate entrance to the lounge area. Through the double doors, there is the kitchen and breakfast area, which also leads into the lounge. The very modern kitchen, with its granite work surfaces, is very well appointed and is fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect to find in a house of this standing … a dishwasher, microwave, large hob etc. The comfortable lounge, with its cool colours also benefits from Sky satellite television. Taking the stairs to the first floor, you will find the master suit with a double bed and its en-suite bathroom (which has a very large shower enclosure, separate bath and twin sinks (plus WC). Opposite is the fourth double bedroom. Also on this floor is the family bathroom and doors which lead onto a good sized balcony. Outside the villa, there is the pretty garden, which is entirely walled and private, and of course the good size swimming pool. The large covered terrace has the outside dining area, sun loungers and some comfortable seating. Whilst this property does not have air conditioning, we understand that it is not really necessary as the upstairs balcony and the outside covered terraces keep the direct sun out. With the marble floors and cool décor, it all leads to the house maintaining a good temperature, even in the height of summer. We would highly recommend this villa and believe it would be most suitable for a large family or two families staying together with children.
