Located: Valle Romano, Estepona West, Malaga
This good size villa has been furnished with top quality furniture throughout and is very well presented. It provides many extra facilities that you may not normally expect. The villa is air conditioned, has English Sky TV, a large flat screen TV and wireless internet access. The flat screen TV also doubles as a computer monitor as a computer had been built in to provide internet access. The garden is very private and not overlooked. It is a good size and there is enough space for the children to play freely in. In the corner there is an ornamental pond containing Koi carp. A decked area to the side provides a six person outdoor Jacuzzi for your use. Downstairs there is a games room where you can play table tennis. There is also a dart board in the games room. The kitchen very generous and has a lovely breakfast bar area. Patio doors open out onto the garden terrace from here. There are two large leather sofas in the lounge and a tasteful dining area beside the windows. Two of the three bedrooms are en-suite. One en suite has a Jacuzzi bath while another bathroom has a shower. There is no problem with parking on the road; however, there is space for secure parking for two cars within the gates if required. The pool is to the front of the villa and provides an excellent area to sunbathe. The pool also has a seating area actually built into the pool so you can sit around a table in the water to help keep cool. There is also a good terrace area to the front where you may sit in the shade if required. Altogether, this villa offers lots of facilities and it comes highly recommended by us.

Location
This lovely villa is found in “Valle Romano”, which is about 2 KM inland from the beaches and about 3 KM away from Estepona port and town. Whilst the villa is on a road which has a good surface, it is not tarmaced. Valle Romano is located next to the popular Estepona Golf club. The house faces south which means the sun is on the swimming pool all day long. Estepona is a popular location as it still very Spanish and has managed to retain a lot of its charm and feel. Estepona council is very keen to spend money on lots of pretty plants and flowers all over the town regardless of season. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in town and the nightclubs (mainly in the port area) open their doors later on and provide plenty of places to go for those who wish to party late into the night..
Estepona is a good location for those visiting the Costa el Sol. There are lots of places to visit such as Gibraltar, the water parks, Puerto Banus, Marbella etc. Puerto Banus is about 20 minutes drive from the property or about 26 Euros in a taxi.
