This beautifully presented villa offers five en-suite bedrooms, private swimming pool and very large gardens. It has a very large lounge/living room with access onto a terrace where you’ll find comfortable seating and a dining area. From here step down to the pool and the pretty gardens. The villa has a large kitchen with seating for eight and also a separate laundry room. There is a television room with a games console and under the house you’ll find the games room with dart board and air-hockey game.
Access to the beach is though the large gardens and through a small gate. From here it is a very short walk along a quite road. Nearby is the safari park/Zoo of Selwo Adventura
All in all, this house provides plenty of space for a large family or families traveling together set in spacious gardens and its own private swimming pool.

The house is located in Paraiso Baronial/Benamara on the outskirts of Estepona. Its a short drive to Estepona or Marbella.
Within walking distance of the house there is a small supermarket, restaurants bars etc so car hire is not essential.
A bus service runs near the house too, or airport transfers can be arranged for you.

Wifi Routers are available for hire (upon availability), 2GB for 60€, 1G for 45€. Recharges are 40€ for 2GB and 25€ for 1GB (prices subject to change). 50 Euros of electricity is provided per week with this property. Higher usage will be deducted from the security deposit.

Payment and Booking Terms
30% deposit (in Sterling or Euro) by bank transfer to secure the reservation. Final 70% by bank transfer 6 weeks before arrival, on arrival in Euro cash or by credit card + 1.5% handling fees. The security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakages.
Refundable security deposit required: €1000
