This air conditioned two bedroom, two bathroom, family apartment is located only 80 meters from the beach of Playa del Angel in Estepona. Supermarkets, some restaurants are all within a short walk, as is the town of Estepona. The apartment offers access to a community gym and offers a large community pool, with separate childrens pool. The apartment has side sea views from the ample terrace with its dining table and comfortable seating. Inside the apartment you will find a modern double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and also walk-in wardrobe. There is a twin room with access to a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer) and a breakfast table for four people. The lounge benefits from comfortable seating for five people, dining area, British television and access to the terrace. The apartment also has internet access if you need it (free). Within the community you will find the swimming pool (with childrens pool) and also a childrens play area with swings and climbing frames. There is also a community gym with some weight machines and cardio equipment. During the summer months, there is a cafe bar on site in the urbanisation. No dogs are allowed in this property

Location

This comfortable, modern, air conditioned apartment is located on the beach of Playa del Angel, appoximately 80 meters from the sea.

It is close to the hyper market of Carrefour and some restaurants/cafes etc. There are also bus stops and taxi ranks close by.

Within a 10 minute walk you can be in the centre of Estepona town with its night life, shopping streets and traditional Spanish charm. A bit further on is the marina of Estepona with its pleasure boats, more restaurants and cafes - ideal for people watching!

Estepona is located about a 15 minute drive from Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus. Also, in easy reach by car are the cities of Seville, Granada and Jerez de la Frontera. 30 minutes will get you to Gibraltar by car - see the apes at the top of the rock!

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
