This is a charming rustic apartment in central Estepona, the windows and shutters of which open onto a small plaza with orange trees. On the first floor of the building, the apartment has a vaulted wooden beamed ceiling giving a surprising feeling of space. There is a single bed and double sofabed. The dining area is between the lounge area and the kitchen area, with the bathroom to the right at the rear. The kitchen leads out to a small private patio, from which there is an iron staircase which takes you up to the roof terrace which catches the sun most of the day. There is a lovely old world charm to this property and it is surprisingly tranquil in spite of being in the centre of town. Television is not installed but you can easily erect a dish on the roof terrace should you wish to do so.

Just off one of the main roads through Estepona this is a quiet square, filled with orange trees, that evokes the history of the town. Everything within central Estepona is within easy walking distance. There is no parking other than in the surrounding streets though it may be possible to rent a separate space nearby.
