This lovely one bed apartment is quite a gem to find when visiting Estepona. Located on the first floor of the ever popular Mirasol apartments, this beach front apartment in the centre of town, provides stunning beach and sea views. Visitors can take advantage of the roof-top swimming pool (10m x 5m) and paddle tennis court, also located on the roof of the building. There is a lift to the top floor but to reach the roof you must take one flight of stairs. The apartment has one en-suite bathroom and a kingsize bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is within easy walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment conveniently provides everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Location
The apartment is located on the first floor of the Mirasol apartment block on the seafront in the centre of Estepona town. The beach is about 4 metres away. In this case I believe it is better to be lower down than higher up as this makes your views of the beach and sea so much closer. You can sit and people-watch the seafront promenade. Estepona is a very pretty town which has grown quite considerably in recent years due to its popularity. The council has still managed to keep much of its charm and is certainly not shy of spending money on the tropical plants than you will find on almost every street and roundabout. Estepona is about 20 minutes drive from Puerto Banus and about 40 minutes drive from Gibraltar. Estepona is also a good location from where it is easy to drive to the many tourist spots that are found in the surrounding areas. You do not need a car when staying in this property as everything can be found nearby.
