This ground floor apartment is well located just a few metres from the beach in the ever popular Alcazaba beach. The sea views are breathtaking from the apartment – you probably could not find a property closer to the beach than this one. The sea view is un-interrupted from the lounge, the master bedroom and the terrace. The apartment is a good size and is very quiet. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed with en suite marble bathroom while the second bedroom has two single beds with a shared family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for most types of cooking. The lounge offers Sky TV and a dining area for up to five people. The apartment is also fully air conditioned. Altogether, this is the perfect place for a beach-side retreat and we highly recommend it.

Location
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is just a few metres from the beach and the sea front. All around the apartment there are lovely communal gardens with plenty of Mediterranean plants and palms with plenty of grassy lawn areas. There are five swimming pools on the urbanization (one of which is always kept heated during the colder months) There are also about six tennis courts, a football pitch and a really good children’s playground. The urbanization is security patrolled. There is parking right next to the apartment. Estepona town is an easy 20 minute walk along the beach or a five minute drive. Estepona is a lovely town which is perfectly located for those looking to explore the Costa del Sol.

Prices given are for four people staying only. Please add 10 Euros extra per person per day up to a maximum of six people. A high speed Internet solution is available from 35 per week or 70 Euros per month. A cot and high chair may be hired for 50 Euros for up to two weeks hire. Bring your Sky TV viewing card with you for extra channels whilst on holiday. Alternatively, a Sky viewing card may be hired for 20 euros per week which provides the Sky multi-channel package (not including premium channels such as sports or movies).

Payment and Booking Terms
A 30% desposit is required within seven days of booking. The balance is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival or in Euros cash on the first day. The refundable security deposit is taken on arrival and is returned to you within seven days of your departure to the same credit card.
