On the first floor when you walk in you find the living room, on your right the fully fitted kitchen with Siemens brand electro domestics. On your left you have a good space living room with a nice West facing terrace. On this main floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds (on the photo pushed together - can be separated) and a family bathroom with walk-in shower. Going up the stairs you find on the 2nd floor a king size bed in the master bedroom, this bedroom also has got a good size terrace to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. This bedroom has got an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. On the other side there is a 3rd bedroom with 2 single folding beds and a terrace to enjoy the morning sun. From this level there is some more stairs that will lead you to the solarium. Enough space to sunbath, very private. There is a small charcoal BBQ for your use. The use of the pool is granted to any of the 7 pools of Costa Galera. During the winter time it will be only one open.

7KM West from Sunny Estepona - this property is about 300 meters from the beaches. You also have Casares and Sabinillas next door, Casares is one of the white villages that definitely deserves a visit. A very good and tranquil area, about 30 minutes drive to Marbella or Gibraltar (partying or shopping). From here there are lots of excursions and many activities that you could arrange. Think of riding a buggy / a horse or go kite surfing in Tarifa. There is a Mercadona (supermarket) about 4 KM away - this house is in a very good location for your holiday on the Costa del Sol.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
