This villa is located in walking distance to the best beach of Estepona as well as the port and town center. It has full sea views from the front terrace and partial sea views from the garden and pool area. The top level of the house is the private studio apartment of the owner who only comes when the villa is not rented, so you have full privacy. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with a bathtub and separate shower. It has a ceiling fan in the living room and fans for all bedrooms, but no AC. In winter it has central heating. This villa is perfect for anyone looking for a cheaper accommodation and do not want to use a car during their holiday. It has a large covered terrace at the back of the house with access to the private swimming pool and wonderfully maintained gardens. The villas has ASTRA SAT TV with mostly German channels and a few english news channels and spanish tdt TV, which a few series can be watched in english. ADSL / WIFI for 30€ per week

The villa is located in the villa urbanisation of Seghers, where Esteponas local police station is situated as well. It is about 800m from the best beach in Estepna - "Playa del Cristo". This beach is in a small cove and has shallow waters, so it is ideal for smaller children. There are also 2 beach bars (chiringuitos) which rent out sun beds. Further along the coast is the port of Estepona, with many restaurants and bars also offering free Wifi. You can take a sailing boat excursion from here, go diving or enjoy a day on a Catamaran. From the port you can walk along the promenda to the old town of Estepona.

+ A cot and high chair can be rented for 50 Euros for up to two weeks hire.
+ A late arrival charge of 30 Euros is charged for arrivals as of 9pm or 50 Euros for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit plus a bank fee of 1.5% if not paid in cash upon arrival.
+ Wifi / ADSL for 30€ per week
+ a singled bed is in one of the bedrooms for an additional child 100€ per week will be charged extra

Payment and Booking Terms
+ 30% deposit (in Sterling or Euro) by bank transfer to secure the reservation. Final 70% by bank transfer 6 weeks before arrival, on arrival in Euro cash or by credit card + 1.5% handling fees.
+ Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakages.
Refundable security deposit required: €300
