The urbanization is made up of four large tower blocks with good underground parking plus a shared communal pool and a tennis court. The apartment is on the second floor and has a south facing terrace with views towards the town. There is a lift to all floors. The kitchen has a small utility room with north facing windows towards the coastal N7/N340 road. (Some traffic noise may be heard from the utility room and two of the bedrooms. The apartment has fairly standard furnishings. All rooms have air conditioning. The lounge has a TV with standard terrestrial Spanish TV received. There is no English TV available. The kitchen provides most utensils, cutlery and crockery that you would normally require. The apartment provides low cost accommodation for groups of six to those looking to spend their holidays in Fuengirola. A car is not necessary.
