It is a very clean, modern and well maintained property which would be ideal for a family or group who want to be close to Marbella town, Puerto Banus and the sandy beaches. The apartment is very well presented throughout and offers all mod-cons (including a flat screen TV in the living area and another in the master bedroom). The en-suite of the master bedroom is huge and boasts a large circular bath with a separate shower cubicle. There are terraces off all the bedrooms.
The good sized swimming pool is surrounded by grass in a well maintained communal garden. There is also a secure underground car park.

Location
This light and airy duplex is located just off the 'golden mile' of Marbella, in a well maintained residential area opposite the Puente Romano Hotel and tennis club. The botanical gardens and the magnificent hotel gardens are immediately across the main road outside the complex. There are many pleasant walkways through the gardens down to the beach front which is about 5 minutes walk. The beach has a wide promenade which stretches from Puerto Banus all the way to Marbella Old town. There is plenty going on along the beach front from the numerous beach bars and chiringitos to volley ball and joggers.
It is an ideal location for those wishing to be near to Marbella (or Puerto Banus) without wanting to be right in the middle of the town. (thereby avoiding the noise and hustle & bustle). The many shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away. Both Puerto Banus and Marbella old town are about 20 minutes walk away.

Payment and Booking Terms
A 30% deposit is reuired within seven days of booking. The balance may then be paid either on arrival in Euros cash or at least six weeks prior to arrival. We may take payment on arrival by credit card, however, this is subjet to a 1.5% handling charge. The refundable security deposit is payable by credit card on arriva. This will be returned to the same credit card within seven days of your departure providing there is no damage or loss to the apartment.
