Hacienda de Nagueles is ideally located just off the golden mile of Marbella half way between the old town and Puerto Banus. Its popular well maintained beaches are just a few minutes walk away from this penthouse apartment. The Golden mile is famous for the number of rich and famous people who own properties here. As such the ground is beautifully laid out with beautifully overgrown tropical gardens with lovely communal swimming pool and water features landscaped into the gardens. The apartment is very quiet and the terraces provide a relaxing retreat to stop and look out to sea. There are two supermarkets within easy walking distance of the apartment. It is possible to walk into the Marbella old town or Puerto Banús from here in about 25 minutes in either direction.

A 30% deposit is payable within seven days of booking. The balance is payable in Euros cash or by Visa/mastercard (subject to 1.5% bank charge) on arrival. The refundable security deposit is payable on arrival by Visa or MAstercard and is returned within a week of departure providing there is no damage or breakages.
