Enter through the main gates in to the courtyard and you'll know you have decided well on this house! In the tasteful lounge you will find British Sky TV on the very large flat-screen television, although you will probably spend most of your time in the gardens! The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your stay and is in easy reach of the lovely light dining area, which has access to the terraces. The private garden of the house is mainly laid to grass, so there is plenty of space to run around in! There is a good sized terrace which has lovely sea views through the pine trees –here there is a table and chairs for dining al fresco and a gas BBQ. A further table and chairs can be found in the garden. For the golf enthusiast the villa is located just a few metres away from the local golf course! The house also has private off street parking. Please note that the main house is on three levels whilst outside there is a two bedroom self contained apartment.

Location
This modern spacious villa is located only about a 15 minutes walk to Cabo Pino beach and marina. A short ten minute drive (or taxi ride) will take you to the town of Marbella (or a bit further on to Puerto Banus). There some restaurants near to the house (an Indian restaurant a few metres away, or a large tasteful restaurant about 10 minutes walk). The marina is full of atmosphere and provides a real selection of bars and further restaurants. There are also some beach bars in the area too. The local beach is expansive and kept very clean.. This villa is located in a nice quiet location.
