The accommodation consists of the main house which has a lounge with dining area including a sofa bed providing additional sleeping accommodation, an open plan kitchen, family bathroom and a large double bedroom. Leading from the lounge is a large ground floor terrace with garden furniture, sun beds and awnings. From this terrace you access a second spacious bedroom with en-suite shower, and a kitchenette. There is also a second shower within the garden for cooling down in the heat of the day.
The accommodation layout of this lovely holiday home make it ideal for a family who would also value extra privacy or two couples sharing. The house also has a large roof-top solarium with views to La Concha mountain, and which also has partial sea views. Only 20m to the beach, which has a number of bars and restaurants, this is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax. It also benefits from stunning sunsets behind the mountains.

Payment and Booking Terms
A 30% desposit is payable within seven days of booking this property. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival or in Euros cash on arrival. The refundable security deposit is payable by credit card on arrival and will be returned to the same card within 10 days of your departure providing there is no damage or breakages. Please enquire if if you are unable to provide this by credit card when booking.
