Located: Dona Lola, Fuengirola, Mijas Costa, Malaga
This large beach house provides plenty of space for large groups looking for a beach front location in a popular area. The house lends itself to two families who like to share while keeping some privacy with one family sleeping on the upstairs level with the second family sleeping on the downstairs level. As you enter the house on the ground floor, there is a kingsize bedroom to the left plus two further twin bedrooms to the right. There is a shared family bathroom on this floor. Going upstairs to the first level you will find the main living room area with a large spacious lounge leading into a dining room and then onto a second smaller lounge. There is also a well equipped galleried kitchen with a large American fridge/freezer. The lounge also leads out onto a large terrace with spectacular sea views. There is also a separate WC on this level. On the upstairs level you will find the master bedroom which leads out onto a second seafront terrace with great sea views. Returning to the upstairs landing, you will find a family bathroom plus a second bedroom with twin beds and another private terrace with sea views. Outside, the house has its own gardens with dining table for 6 people, which leads out onto a larger grassy area where there is a communal pool which is shared with two other beach houses. The pool area has steps directly down onto the sandy beaches of the Dona Lola Playa. The property is entered from the street through a sliding gate which is operated by a remote control. Inside, you will find secure parking with a further double garage if you prefer to park your car inside. ADSL is included free of charge.

Location
The beach house is ideally located just a few metres from the lovely sandy beaches of Dona Lola on the Mijas Costa near Calahonda. There are numerous shops and restaurants just a short walk away from the property so it is convenient for everything you would need whilst on holiday. Other resorts like Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinos are fairly close by car when heading east, while Marbella old town and Puerto Banus are about twenty minutes drive heading west. Dona Lola is a popular destination due to the facilities found near by. Of course, there are many beach bars and restaurants which can also be found along the beach.
